Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

• Handcrafted Items (Abayas/Jewelry): 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
• Ready-to-Ship: 1–2 business days.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid) or for customizations.

2. Shipping Options & Timelines

(Note: Timelines exclude processing time and start once shipped. “Business days” = Mon–Fri.)

3. Shipping Terms

• Address Accuracy: Customers must verify addresses. Reshipping fees ([AED 100]) apply for errors.
• Tracking: Provided via email. No liability for delays once handed to carriers.
• Customs/Duties: 100% customer responsibility. We declare full value; cannot mark as “gift.”
• Risk Transfer: Responsibility passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.
• High-Value Orders (>AED 1,500): Require signature confirmation.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

• Carrier Delays: Not our liability. Contact DHL/FedEx directly with tracking numbers.
• “Lost” Claims: Only investigated after 15 days past estimated delivery.
• Refunds/Reships: Offered only if we fail to ship. Otherwise, claims filed with carriers.

5. Undeliverable Orders

Packages returned to us due to:

• Incorrect addresses • Refused by recipient • 3+ failed delivery attempts
  Will incur:
• Return shipping fees (deducted from refunds) • Restocking fee (15%)

6. International Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• Countries under UAE/KSA trade embargoes.
• Addresses with P.O. boxes only.
