Cancellation Policy

1. General Orders

• Cancellations accepted only within 1 hour of order placement for non-custom items.
• After 1 hour: Orders enter processing → No cancellations permitted.

2. Custom/HANDCRAFTED Items

(Abayas, Jewelry, Eastern Wear)

• All custom orders (personalized/made-to-measure) are FINAL SALE → Zero cancellations or refunds once payment is confirmed.

3. How to Cancel

• Submit requests via email only (Support@veilorra.com) with order number
• Phone/chat cancellations are invalid.

4. Refund Rules

• If cancelled within 1 hour:
  • Refund processing fee (10%) deducted.
  • Refund issued in 7–14 business days to original payment method.
• Digital gift cards: Non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

We may cancel orders at our discretion for:

• Suspicious/fraudulent activity.
• Unfeasible customizations (notify within 24 hours).
• Pricing errors (full refund issued).

6. Post-Shipment Cancellations

• Once shipped: Treat as a return (subject to Return Policy).
• Customer bears return shipping + restocking fees (15%).
